  CHIEF FRANK L. CATLETT  E.O.W. August 5, 2010

Chief Frank L. Catlett, a 46 year veteran of the Lima Police Department, and chief for his last 19 years of service, died on August 5, 2010 after a long battle with cancer.  His tenure saw many modern and positive changes take place within the department.  As one of his sergeants said of him at his funeral, he was “one good copper.”

JOSEPH E. GARLOCK   E.O.W. June 26, 2010

Joseph Garlock,84, passed away on June 26, 2010. Joe had been a member of the Lima Police Department for 10 years and had retired as the Chief investigator for the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. He had also served in the United States Navy during WWII and the Korean War.

     SGT. CRAIG W. STEVENSON     E.O.W. February 27, 2010

On February 27, 2010, Sgt. Craig W. Stevenson of the Lima Police Department passed away at the Cleveland Clinic. Craig was a 19 year vetran of the LPD and retired as a Captain from the Army Reserve. His final resting place is in Arlington National Cemetery.
